What's going on Diamonds and my Diamond Status Gents!?! Well, our team has been doing week challenge to become more visible. Especially out here in these virtual streets boo. Well, let's just say KGOLD. got us all faded on that tip. She has posted everyday of the challenge. So I want you to meet #TeamThatGem. And what better way you can get to know us!?! By finding out something or someone who inspires us. Let's GO!
It's only right to start with myself being the CEO! Well, who's that someone who inspired me (Ms. Tra` "That Gem")! I know it may sound pretty cliché, but the person who inspired me the most was my mother and is my mother. Generia Washington-Steele oh yes that's my momma. This woman had a stroke in 2012 and they said she wouldn't talk or even wake up from a coma. And if she survives, she will not live long. Not only did she wake up and talk. But, she survived 4 1/2 years after the fact. In pain and all, she said, I'm not leaving here until I'm ready. And when she was ready she left in peace. She inspires me to push thru and forward everyday!
Our President Mr. Diamond Status himself! The something that inspires him. "I am inspired by changing lives. Being in a position where I can change someone's life means the world to me. Rather giving a encouraging word or helping them reach their potential."
Our Vice President KoKo Jhanell what inspires her. She is inspired by the animal kingdom. She said, "Everything in the animal kingdom has it's place. They don't confuse what is with what they "want". Their survival may be cut throat but it's fair!"
Our Associate Director KGOLD. she is inspired by someone check out her letter to her former therapist.

A letter to my first therapist, Dwonna:
Thank you for being an inspiration to me. Thank you for being the first person to make me feel heard. For giving me the room to say how I truly felt with no repercussions. For your honesty about the dysfunction in my life. For encouraging me to live in my truth. For trying to show me how to ask for what I need, instead of taking what I’m given. Well...that last one I’m still working on but I digress.
Thank you for trying to show me a positive view of romantic love. Thank you for being a bomb ass black woman therapist, and for doing your job so well Thank you for being the catalyst for my focus in undergrad. You were awesome. I hope that no matter where you may be in this world today, that you know you have changed my life. 💙
What inspires or who inspires our Creative Director Jet James. His mother inspires him. "I'm inspired by how hard she worked and how she guided me. She was full of knowledge. She didn't let life and the woes of life bother her."
